Rivaluterà I propri umori,
Accadrà prima che cali la sera.

Laggiù, lontano all'orizzonte,
Non ha fine l'acqua del mare,
Fondo di valle, cima di monte,
Ora rimane di poter sognare.
Né dignità e nemmeno sdegno,
Scrutando invano l'infinito…
Il mio cavallo per un regno,
E tocco il cielo con un dito!

Magari un giorno pittureranno
Le sfumature di un sogno infranto,
Magari un giorno impazziranno
Per aver riscoperto il canto,
E la donna del silicone,
Cosce larghe e il culo alto,
Labbra gonfie color marrone,
Unghie con tre etti di smalto,
Abbandonerà quel vecchio ombretto,
Si libererà dell'apparenza,
Riconquisterà l'antico letto,
Riappropriandosi della decenza.

Laggiù, lontano all'orizzonte,
Dove si estende acqua salata,
Ansa di fiume e delle sue impronte,
Laggiù la notte si è confermata
Mentre soffiava soave brezza,
Ne’ coerenza e nemmeno onore,
Il mio cavallo è una certezza
Fin quando gli scalpita il cuore.

Magari un giorno impareranno
Che non tutto è già perduto.
Magari un giorno pregheranno
Per un dio più conosciuto,
Ed ogni essere umano
Impoverito dalle imposizioni
Che si alternano man mano
Tra gran fratelli e i loro cloni
Finalmente possa tornare
A riappropriarsi del proprio io,
Senza più temere il mare,
E riprendere a credere in Dio!

Laggiù, lontano all'orizzonte,
Dove l'oceano ama l'immenso,
Dove comincia l'ultimo ponte,
Lì non v’è nulla di melenso,
Non v’è presente da esser deriso,
Non v’è domani e nemmeno ieri,
Il mio cavallo per un sorriso,
Per quello lo cedo volentieri…

FAR AWAY

Perhaps one day they will understand
The color of the lotus flower,
Perhaps one day they will decide
To capture it in a photograph.
And then the man next door,
Who dresses in gray and dark blue,
Comparing laughter and tears,
Will decide his own future,
He will reinvent one of the colors,
A shade of spring,
He will reconsider his own moods,
It will happen before evening falls.

Far away, beyond the horizon,
The waters of the sea have no end,
Valley floor, mountain summit,
All that remains now is the chance to dream.
Neither dignity nor indignation,
Gazing in vain into infinity…
My horse for a kingdom,
And I touch the sky with one finger!

Perhaps one day they will paint
The shades of a shattered dream,
Perhaps one day they will go mad
Having rediscovered the joy of singing,
And the silicone woman,
Wide thighs and a high-riding butt,
Swollen brown-colored lips,
Nails covered in layers of polish,
Will abandon that old eyeshadow,
Will free herself from appearances,
Will reclaim the bed of long ago,
And rediscover her own decency.

Far away, beyond the horizon,
Where salt water stretches out,
A bend in the river and its traces,
Far away, the night has settled in
As a gentle breeze was blowing,
Neither consistency nor honor,
My horse is a certainty
As long as its heart keeps beating.

Perhaps one day they will learn
That not everything is lost.
Perhaps one day they will pray
To a God they know better,
And every human being,
Impoverished by impositions
That follow one another
Between Big Brothers and their clones,
May finally return
To reclaim their own identity,
No longer fearing the sea,
And begin to believe in God again!

Far away, beyond the horizon,
Where the ocean loves the vastness,
Where the last bridge begins,
There is nothing sentimental there,
There is no present to be mocked,
There is no tomorrow, nor even yesterday,
My horse for a smile,
For that, I would gladly give it away…
